Green Tea & Mango Smoothie Bowl

While April brings the first hints of spring sun, we know the British breeze can still hold a winter chill. You might not be ready to abandon the comfort of a warming breakfast just yet, but your body is likely craving a seasonal shift toward something lighter and more restorative. This Green Tea & Mango Smoothie Bowl offers the perfect middle ground: it provides a vibrant, antioxidant-rich "spring clean" for your system, while the zing of fresh ginger and a side of your favourite hot brew keep that cosy morning ritual intact.

Ingredients

The Tea Base: 100ml Qi Organic Green Tea, brewed with 80°C water and cooled (to preserve the delicate antioxidants).

The Fruit: 150g frozen mango chunks (creates a thick, creamy texture).

The Greens: A large handful of fresh organic baby spinach.

The Zest: 1 tsp freshly grated ginger (add an extra half-teaspoon if you want more "internal heat") and a squeeze of lemon.

The Protein: 1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds.

Method

  1. Brew your Qi Green Tea for 3 minutes. For those chilly April mornings, you can use the tea while still slightly lukewarm to take the "ice" off the frozen fruit.

2.Combine the tea, mango, spinach, ginger, lemon juice, and seeds in a blender.

    3. Blend until smooth. It should be thick and spoonable, reminiscent of a chilled mousse rather than a thin drink.

    4. Pour into your favourite ceramic bowl and enjoy!
