Matcha Smoothie Recipe
By drinking a matcha green tea smoothie not only will you get a gentle boost of energy from the caffeine, but you will also enrich your body with vitamins A, B-complex, C, E and K.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of dairy-free milk
1 ripe banana
Ice cubes (optional)
Honey, agave or sweetener of choice (optional)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whisk until thick consistency. Pour into glass.
If using ice cubes add into glass.
