“Qi Energy” Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 tsp Qi Organic Matcha Powder
1 medium frozen banana
200ml unsweetened oat or almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 large handful fresh baby spinach
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Method
Prep the Matcha: To ensure a silky-smooth texture, whisk your Qi Matcha Powder with 1 tablespoon of warm (not boiling) water in a small cup until the lumps disappear.
2. Combine: Add the frozen banana, nut milk, spinach, almond butter, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender.
3. Blend: Pour in your prepared matcha liquid. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until the colour is a consistent, vibrant green and no leafy bits remain.
