Ginger Green Tea Mocktail

Cool off with this refreshing mocktail! Perfect for warm summer days and transporting yourself to a tropical island.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tea bags Qi Green Tea & Ginger

  • 200ml boiling water

  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup

  • 100ml mango puree

  • 50ml lime juice

  • 100ml tropical juice

  • 6 ice cubes / handful of crushed ice

  • Demerara sugar

  • 4 limes

METHOD

  • Steep the tea bags in the boiling water for 5 minutes along with the honey/syrup. Allow the mixture to cool before chilling in the fridge.

  • Rub the rim of the glasses with lime and dip into the demerara sugar.

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all the liquid ingredients, with ice and shake well.

  • Fill the glassed with crushed ice and pour over mocktail mixture.

  • Garnish with lime slices.

  • Sit back, relax and enjoy!
