Qi Iced Tea Mojito

Cool off with this easy iced tea mojito recipe! Perfect for warm summer days.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Place the tea bag in a cup and pour in half a cup of hot water

  • Leave to steep for at least 5 minutes (the longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavour)

  • Press and discard the tea bag

  • Leave the tea to cool

  • Place the lime and mint leaves in a glass

  • To make the syrup, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan.

  • Bring to the boil, stirring, till the sugar has dissolved.

  • Let it cool

  • Drop in 4 ice cubes into the glass, pour in the tea and 2 tablespoons of the syrup. Stir

  • Enjoy!
