Qi Iced Tea Mojito
Cool off with this easy iced tea mojito recipe! Perfect for warm summer days.

INGREDIENTS
1 tea bag Qi Tea Green Tea & Jasmine
1 cup of sugar
1/2 lime (cut in two)
8 mint leaves
4 ice cubes
METHOD
Place the tea bag in a cup and pour in half a cup of hot water
Leave to steep for at least 5 minutes (the longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavour)
Press and discard the tea bag
Leave the tea to cool
Place the lime and mint leaves in a glass
To make the syrup, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, stirring, till the sugar has dissolved.
Let it cool
Drop in 4 ice cubes into the glass, pour in the tea and 2 tablespoons of the syrup. Stir
