Qi Oolong Tea (often known as Formosan), is a traditional loose leaf Chinese tea that means “dark dragon” due to the shape of the leaves before brewing. Its well rounded taste is achieved by only partly oxidising the leaves to retain the vibrancy of green tea whilst adding the signature depth of black tea.
This tea balances the delicate taste and benefits of green tea with the woody warmth of black tea for a well balanced brew with a smooth finish.

Heat fresh water to over 80°C. Allow 1/2 teaspoon per cup. Allow to brew for 4-6 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk or sugar.
