Matcha Iced Latte
Perfect for a summer pick-me-up anytime of the day, this matcha iced latte is is light, creamy and refreshing. Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
200ml boiling water
2 tbsp honey
100ml dairy-free milk (preferably oat milk)
Ice cubes
METHOD
Steep the tea bag in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the water cool.
Add a tablespoon of honey to the bottom of each glass.
In a separate glass or jug, froth 100ml of dairy-free milk.
Pour in 100ml of tea in each glass. Top up each glass with 50ml of dairy-free milk and mix with the tea and honey.
Add ice cubes
